We are exclusive suppliers, distributors and service agents for the original Ozkanlar Makina hydraulic vibratory hammers and extractors in West Africa with Head Office in Lagos Nigeria.  Ozkanlar Makina hydraulic vibratory hammers are the industry benchmark in performance, power, reliability and versatility.

Offering robust normal frequency vibratory hammers, through to high frequency and ‘zero resonance’ (variable moment / resonance free) vibratory hammers as well as special application models, the Ozkanler Makine range covers every project requirement.

Ozkanler Makine vibratory hammers are available for project through our extensive fleet of vibratory hammers, or for purchase from the manufacturer through Smooth Edge Engineering & Construction Limited , the sole distributor for West Africa.

Crane Hanging Vibratory Hammer Series (SVR Series)

Two main types of our vibratory hammers are excavator mounted OVR Series and crane hanging SVR series.

OVR Series vibratory hammers are attachment machines anddriven by excavator hydraulic power which are specially designed for the driving and extraction of the sheet piles – steel and formed material that are used as channel wall – in deep and narrow sites. Ozkanlar Hydraulic Machinery also offers the SVR type vibratory pile drivers, which are used with cranes.

This crane hanging SVR type enables the users to drive sheet piles and/or steelcasing piles in various diameters and lengths into the different type of soil
with its own power pack. Both SVR type machines and OVR type machines can effectively be used in various work sites in different soils like foundation
works, marine works, infrastructure works, river or channel rehabilitation works, etc. Designed clamps and power packs can also be found in our product
range.

Excavator Mounted Pile Hammer (OVR) Serie

This range of hydraulic vibro drivers are specifically
designed to be mounted directly on the dipper arm of excavators and to be
powered by the hydraulic system of the excavator. The vibro driver is then
operated by the excavator driver, who has complete control of the piling job.

The simplicity of the operation is a key feature of these
machines; the interchange from bucket or other tool to vibro driver is straight
forward, and they can be used for driving or extraction without any
modification. All ÖVR series are compact in design with low machine height
providing additional sheet length.
