Smooth Edge Engineering Board has developed a corporate governance framework for its oversight activities devoted to protecting and advancing the long-term interests of shareholders and other stakeholders including employees, clients, suppliers, and the communities where we  operates. As part of this framework, our Board not only monitors the operating performance and financial condition of the company, but also follows the governance practices described in the our board mandate and Board Committee charters. Our Board will continue to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of these principles and to update these guidelines periodically as needed
